![]() In our portfolio we have a wide and varied range of packaging, using various printing methods and aimed at different markets, from childrens snacks to supermarket eggs, organic crisps and computer peripheral packaging.
The nature of packing is really quite as varied as the markets that it is aimed at, for instance; when creating a luxury product, less is more. Perfume and luxury goods will be more understated and invest a large proportion of the unit cost in the bottle or production methods. However, when creating a high competition product like a cereal box, each facet of the packaging works like an advert and every square inch of space is used to build the brand. There is no doubt that the packaging of a product can greatly influence a sale, but you can also reposition the retail price through effective design and as a result increase your margins, more than covering the cost of the design process. |
