3D Modelling is a recent addition to the services of IMM, and was implemented due to the need of a cost-effective solution to the visualisation of properties for brochures and sale boards.

Auctioneers and Estate Agents are very aware that selling property on the strength of plans alone is extremely difficult, and even experienced builders often find it difficult to visualise how the finished building might look. IMM has also used this process in order to visualise developments in the planning stage, in order to be approved by local authorities.

The models are built to scale from plans using Maxon Cinema 4D™ and rendered in three dimensions with photographic textures applied. This provides a very effective solution when set against the time applied, and is an essential tool when a time-sensitive sale is required.
