When the website is finished can I update it myself? That all depends on how the website was built. If it has been built statically, then no, you can't update it yourself, you will need a professional website designer to do this for you. If, however, we have built a website that is dynamic and the content is controlled by a Content Management System (CMS) then yes, you can update the information yourself. In fact, that is what we intended you to do. You will need to inform us at the very beginning of the design process if these kind of updates are required. We will show you how to go about this, give you hints and tips and what to watch out for, so hopefully you will be able to reap the benefits of your tool throughout the lifespan of your website. |
