What if I decide to cancel a job after I have ordered it? It hasn't happened yet, but you can at any point in the design process, cancel your order, and you will only charged for the work undertaken. If a deposit has been taken to secure an order, the full amount minus any outstanding fees will be refunded. If a design consultation fee has been waived on the basis of a job as the outcome of the meeting, cancellation will therefore make the fee applicable and will be charged accordingly. |
