Ordering Design Services
Design work is ordered with a Design Order form provided by Infiniti Mixed Media. This simple form outlines the work to be undertaken as clearly as possible, along with your contact details and the estimated cost for completing the job. The order form specifies 'estimate' rather than 'quote' due to the flexible nature of custom design work. This allows for any movement created by additional amendments, authors corrections and changes to the brief. Studio Design Time is charged at the rate of €50+vat per hour and Design Consultations are charged at a fixed fee of €100+vat. The minimum rate to be charged is 1 hour.
By signing the Design Order you are agreeing to the stated prices, specifications and the Terms & Conditions which are also attached with the form. On any orders estimated above the value of €500+vat, a 30% deposit is required in advance to secure the order. The order is then authorised on the receipt of payment and a signed Design Order agreement. If at any point in the process you wish to cancel your order, you are entirely free to do so. In the event of a cancellation, the ownership of all copyrights, original artwork and discs shall be returned and retained by Infiniti Mixed Media, and a fee for the work completed based on the contract price and any expenses already incurred shall be charged.
