How does the design order system work and why do you use it?

The Design Order system is one of those necessary bits of paperwork that has developed over the last few years of working in Ireland. It is a simple agreement that states that the client has ordered design work from Infiniti for an agreed price.

We had to introduce this system after a few cases where design work was ordered in person and over the phone, but there was no written agreement. Fifteen hours research and design work later, we were finding that the client that had ordered the design work was not quite as serious about the job as they had previously thought...
