How will I receive my artwork when it is finished?
When the design is finished and 'signed off' (officially approved by the client) we will then go on to artwork the document for print. This involves creating flattened, print-ready files that we will then provide on disc (CD or DVD Rom) for you to forward to the printer/magazine/signage company. If you have no preferred supplier for your print and signage, we can suggest a supplier for you and deal with the hand-over process with no fuss. For this service we do not mark-up the production costs and allow you to deal directly with our suppliers. On the disc will be the artwork in multiple formats to ensure that whichever supplier it is presented to, they are able to find a common document format in order to produce your goods. If you require your artwork to provided in a specific format, for example; to be used in-house in a software application or to be printed on an office printer, we will need to be notified in advance as this will effect the finished design. |
